Your company did an outstanding job following the shipment tracking and communicating with me and the funeral home. My mother-in-law was a butterfly enthusiast, she had over 60 butterfly lapel pins that we laid out at the visitation and encouraged her friends to take a pin in memory of her, Jean Coker. I wanted to take the time to do a review about this company. I had ordered 36 butterflies to release for my deceased son's birthday in Florida, on my vacation. I have never worked with a company that is so "in tuned" to your needs. 5 days prior to leaving to go to Florida (where they butterflies would be shipped) I got covid. It was an "on again, off again" situation as to whether I would even go to Florida. The personal attention I received during my decision of whether to go, or not to go, (and whether to have the butterflies shipped or not) was nothing short of amazing. I couldn't have asked for any better attention. They were physically calling me checking on my condition, and whether I needed to cancel or postpone the shipment. Where else would you get this personalized treatment? Very attentive!! It turned out that I got to go, and the shipment was delivered, and it was absolutely beautiful. I would (and have!) recommended this experience to anyone!! Amy

I wanted to thank you for our wonderful experience with Butterfly Release Company. During these COVID times we'd planned the scattering of my parents ashes with just our family on the property they loved, culminating with the Butterfly Release. The Butterflies came on time and the instructions were clear. We had 100% survival. Concluding with the butterfly release after a sad but precious time of remembrance, having lost both of my parents within 11 months, lifted all of our spirits as we watched the butterflies fly up as my parents had done before them.

Murphy, Thank you for the instructions to help the butterflies to do so well. We were very happy all the butterflies lived and we even had a couple revisit us the next morning. So thankful for the care on your end. We purchased pesticide free plants from nursery and had fresh fruit and yellow Gatorade for them to get nourishment in backyard before having to fend for themselves. Thank you for making a difference during these times where families can?t have regular memorial services. Amazing they made it from Florida to California and were successful! Dear Owner I just want to say how grateful I am to your company for providing the most incredible butterfly release event for my mother's memorial. We had 30 close family and friends all meet at Lakeside Amusement Park in the Denver, Colorado area. She always took us there when we were kids. I had purchased 60 butterflies. It was a beautiful June weekend. We each had 2 envelopes to open, the kids and adults had so much fun and we were able to take wonderful photos which we shared on Facebook. The perfect memorial -- my mother would have loved it. I think she was actually there in spirit. There was a butterfly that kept returning to us as we sat and talked about the great time we had doing the release. I have told so many people about your company and saved several of the envelopes to hand out since your business info is on the back.
