FedEx, our shipping partner, has a Service Alert that FedEx's Money-Back-Guarantee has been suspended until further notice. Due to this update, we do ask our customer to understand that refunds for late shipping is not available at this time. A Butterfly Release Company, Inc. is not responsible for late deliveries and will not be in a position to offer refunds on late FedEx delivers. This has been added June 12, 2020 and in effect until FedEx changes their guidelines.
