We are grateful that next year will be our 20th Anniversary in business of providing butterflies
For almost 20 years now we are proud to make most of our products in house or buy them from local distributors and raise our own butterflies. We are a true working butterfly farm raising our own plants and breeding butterflies continually all year round. Because of this we have been able to keep cost down and pass those saving on to our customers for almost two decades but times are changing. We are a family company that loves what we do, we are grateful to work with our children and soon our grandchildren. Our employees have become family and we cherish their help and dedication to our butterfly farm. The work isn't easy but it is rewarding. We have always been able to negotiate great rates with our shipping partners and vendors but with their cost going up, we unfortunately need to follow their lead. At the beginning of August, our prices will go up a little, we are left with no choice but to do this increase. It won't be much but it will be enough that will make the difference of us being here next year and the years after. We have seen other butterfly breeders come and go and we do not want to go anywhere. We have built a solid reputation that when you order from us, you receive your order, we have never had to call or email a customer that we will not be able to fulfill an order that they have placed. We are going to work hard to keep our stellar reputation and continue to deliver what is ordered for the next 20 years.
So as of August 1., 2021 our prices will slightly increase but you can buy now and save. We do have loyalty points that customers can receive a discount by opening an account and then accumulate points for discounts for future orders.
We are very grateful to do what we do for a living and appreciate every order we are able to provide our service for.

We are selling out weeks in advance and recommend people ordering as soon as they can. We wanted to share this to let people know that we are a family owned butterfly farm and we have weekly limits that are being maxed out every week. We do forecast being sold out at least one to two weeks for the upcoming future.

We can also ship them all over the United States providing smiles at weddings and parties, but they can also bring a much-needed smile at memorials and celebrations of life. But without a solid and committed shipping partner, we would not be able to ship these important pollinators across the country. FedEx gives us that ability to ship Priority Overnight with notifications from FedEx Delivery Manager and an exclusive service that Butterfly Release Company, Inc has with FedEx which is One Call. We provide a brief explanation of benefits as a customer FedEx Delivery Manager gives you and how important FedEx One call is to deliver our butterflies.

FedEx, our shipping partner, has a Service Alert that FedEx's Money-Back-Guarantee has been suspended until further notice. Due to this update, we do ask our customer to understand that refunds for late shipping is not available at this time. A Butterfly Release Company, Inc. is not responsible for late deliveries and will not be in a position to offer refunds on late FedEx delivers. This has been added June 12, 2020 and in effect until FedEx changes their guidelines.
