FedEx Service Alert

FedEx, our shipping partner, has a Service Alert that do to logistical challenges resulting from protests and civil unrest along with effects of the pandemic though out the world, FedEx's Money-Back-Guarantee has been suspended until further notice. Due to this update, we do ask our customer to understand that refunds for late shipping is not available at this time. A Butterfly Release Company, Inc. is not responsible for late deliveries and will not be in a position to offer refunds on late FedEx delivers. This has been added June 12, 2020 and in effect until FedEx changes their guidelines. This has been updated to our Terms of Use that must be agreed to for any purchases from Butterfly Release Company.

We will continue to do everything we can to make sure your butterflies are delivered in a timely manner.  We do have the privileged of One Call with FedEx that does give us a unique opportunity to work with FedEx to make sure deliveries are made.  It is important that as a recipient of delivery that you monitor your delivery and make us aware that your package.  Call 407.754.2353 with any shipping issues.   We at Butterfly Release Company are grateful to provide you butterflies and love our butterflies and we're dedicated to make sure they get delivered.  We will do everything we can to make sure your butterflies are delivered but ask for your understanding during this time and thank you in advance for your understanding.
