FedEx Ship Manager gives the recipient more control of when and where your packages arrive with tracking alerts with FedEx Mobile app or your computer. FedEx Delivery Manager can provide security to keep deliveries safe by picking up your packages and FedEx Ship Center and convenience to request to redirect your packages to a nearby FedEx Ship Center with later hours and then pick up on your time. It is important to still have your butterflies delivered on the scheduled day of delivery and we at BRC are available to answer your questions about shipping. FedEx, our shipping partner, has a Service Alert that FedEx's Money-Back-Guarantee has been suspended until further notice. Due to this update, we do ask our customer to understand that refunds for late shipping is not available at this time. A Butterfly Release Company, Inc. is not responsible for late deliveries and will not be in a position to offer refunds on late FedEx delivers. This has been added June 12, 2020 and in effect until FedEx changes their guidelines.
