Live Monarch Butterflies by the Dozen

Twelve beautiful adult monarch butterflies. Includes individual release envelopes with purchase. Mass release products are also available for an additional cost. All of our butterflies are farmed raised young adult butterflies that are healthy and well feed making it easy for us to guarantee our butterflies to arrive alive and ready to fly for your event. Due to USDA regulations, we cannot ship monarchs west of the Continental Divide. The temperature needs to be at least 70 degrees for a successful release.

All butterflies are shipped FedEx overnight to arrive the day before the release date. Shipping is not included in the package price. The cost is 35.00 for shipping in the state of Florida and 45.00 for all others. An additional 15.00 for Saturday deliveries for Sunday's events.

Decorator Box Style Add a decorator box for a mass release. Your monarch butterflies will be shipped with the decorator box and the monarchs will need to be transferred into your custom made decorator box. This is a very easy procedure and simple to follow instructions come with your order. Please make your choice of a pre-designed decorator box below or scroll down to design your own. The box is an additional price to the package price.

Accordion Release Box

The accordion box arrives with your monarchs already in it ready to be released. Simply open the top, pull the tab, and unfold one, two or three dozen monarchs at once. (Monarchs must be purchased separately)

Large Release Cage

The Large Release Cage is a beautiful custom made cage that you can use for a display of up to 100 painted ladies or up to 3 dozen monarchs. The cage is shipped prior to your event and the butterflies will need to be transferred.

Wedding Basket

Display your choice of butterflies in a Wedding Basket. This mass release product displays up to 100 painted ladies or up to 3 dozen monarchs. The cage is shipped prior to your event and the butterflies will need to be transferred.

Princess Release Cage

The princess cage is a small cage for a few dozen painted ladies or a half a dozen monarchs. The cage is shipped prior to your event and the butterflies will need to be transferred.

Small Release Cage

Small release cage is perfect for 36 painted lady or 6 monarch. The cage is shipped prior to your event and the butterflies will need to be transferred.

Release Box

The Release Box is a generic type box with a clear front making it easy to use as a display and you can decorated it if you choose to. The cage is shipped prior to your event and the butterflies will need to be transferred.
